"RIVER ADVENTURE" - Regional Storyteller Susan Fowler brings adventures on the Ohio River to life!
Join us on the first day of the Summer Feeding Program (and the last week of the very popular RiverWorks Discovery Traveling Exhibit!) as we welcome one the region's premiere storytellers, Susan Fowler! She'll weave a story through the ages on the Ohio River - featuring the people that lived on its banks and the boats and animals that travel in the river! Using drama, music, sign language and sketches, Susan will introduce the river's history, natural history and its currents uses. Stories come alive as participants become the characters, the landscape or even a vocabulary word! Great event for all ages - free with admission of $3 per person and free to museum members!
