April 6, 2017 marked the 100th anniversary of the United States’entrance into World War I. Patrons will have a chance to walk through a WWI trench, learn what life was like for the soldiers and how Owensboro’s Homefront helped the war effort. Activities include: Eleven NASA - NISE hands-on space activity stations, face painting, an earth-rock/fossil dig where participatns can take home the specimens they find, space characters, photo stations, a "moon food" lunch for purchase and more! A FUN family fundraising event! Help support YOUR museum! OMSH Members - $3 / Non-Members - $5 per person. 2 years & under free.
